Orders placed and paid for before 12pm will be shipped via Australia Post Express package on the same day. Australia Post’s next business day guarantee applies in most metropolitan areas throughout Australia and as such most parcels will be delivered the next business day.
However Australia Post does not deliver or process parcels on weekends or public holidays, therefore please allow for weekends and public holidays when waiting for your order. Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning.
Please note also that payments via bank deposit or money orders must be received and cleared before your order is shipped. In most cases this may take 2-3 days to clear, depending on certain banking institutions.
Of course! Simply type in the address you wish your parcel to be delivered to during checkout. If the item is a gift, please notify us through the ‘note to seller’ box and we will wrap the item and send it to the recipient as well as sending you the receipt for your proof of purchase. As our designated postal intermediary is Australia Post, orders can be sent to any residential, workplace, PO Box, Locked Bag or RSD address.
Australia Post express shipping is an overnight tracking service that does not require a signature upon delivery. However if you require registerd postage please let us know by emailing us or filling in the form upon checkout. If this option is chosen and no one is home to sign for the delivery, a card will be left in your letterbox with the parcel transported to the nearest post office. Customers can choose to have their parcel delivered without a signature however Australia Post as well as Little Dancer Boutique can not be held accountable if it goes missing.
Little Dancer Boutique strives to provide its customers with a seamless and pleasurable shopping experience. We do understand that under certain circumstances, items may need to be returned due to sizing errors or wrongly described and faulty products. If an item you have purchased falls into these categories, please contact us immediately and we are more than happy to help.
If you have purchased the wrong size or in the unlikely event of being sent a faulty product, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receipt and we will happily arrange an exchange or issue a credit voucher. The product must undergo a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn or damaged and the tags must still be attached when we receive the item.
We reserve the right to return the item back to you with no exchange or credit if the product fails the standards of our quality control check. Customers must also be aware that Little Dancer Boutique will not exchange products due to a “change of mind”
Little Dancer Boutique does not refund, however we do exchange or issue credit which is valid indefinitely, meaning you can use this in a week, 3 months or even a year.
Sale Items are non-exchangeable or refundable, unless of course it is faulty so please choose carefully with items on sale.

Little Dancer Boutique ensures customer's privacy and as such use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Web Server Certificates to encrypt all data sent to and from the web site. This information is scrambled and hence unintelligible if intercepted.
This SSL technology is the standard for secure data transmission over the Internet and when you reach the final payment stage, your connection will change to the secure https channel.
Paypal is known as a world leader when it comes to secure online transactions. Paypal accounts allow customers to purchase items directly from their credit card, debit card, bank account or Paypal balance in a secure environment. Paypal are usually instant however in the case where eCheque is used, we do need to wait for the funds to be cleared before we can ship your order (3-4 business days).
LDB also offers internet/bank deposit as an alternative payment method. This can be deposited electronically via internet banking or through Commonwealth (CBA) branches across Australia. LDB’s bank details will be given once customer chooses this option at checkout. If this option is chosen please allow approximately 2-3 days for internet funds, however over the counter transaction at Commonwealth branches are usually instantaneous.
